Abstract

The technological development of society, and in particular the universal digitalization of the economy, will have a significant impact on the labour market and on the work functions of managers. The use of Artificial Intelligence and robotic systems brings enormous opportunities and threats of changes or even disappearance of certain professions. The ability to restructure the management system according to new opportunities and challenges will be a key factor in adapting organizations to new conditions in the interests of workers, employers and society. This study includes the analysis of trends in the use of artificial intelligence and its influence on the labour market and the roles of managers. It also highlights the opportunities that AI brings to companies and employees and the main challenges of its implementation in the organization's management system.
